Today CTET is the gateway for entering into the teaching career in the Govt and private schools.Therefore all the teachers who wants a career with reputed and Govt school. CTET is conducted by the CBSE on behalf of central Govt.
All the state governments also take the STET i e state Teachers Eligibility Test on the same lines of the CTET for setting the eligibility for applying in their govt School.Score of CTET and STATE CTET is taken as a base for call for interview to select teachers for thier schools.
